About

I'm a 40-something dad and lifter in Seattle. I started this brand because every shirt that spoke to "guys still training in their 40s" was either trying too hard (chest-pounding bro-vibe in size XXL) or apologetic about being older (recovery-day jokes that conceded too much ground).

I wanted a brand that just said the quiet thing out loud: it's harder now, you do it anyway, and that's the whole thing.

That's Still Standing Co.

What We Make

Heavyweight, garment-dyed cotton tees on Comfort Colors 1717 — the kind of shirt that looks better at year three than year one. Single-ink typographic prints. No clip art, no neon, no "alpha mindset." Just lines you can read across a parking lot and still respect at coffee the next morning.

Who It's For

The guy who's still showing up. After the snack request. After the interrupted set. After the back tweaks that take a week to clear. Outnumbered, out-scheduled, still lifting.

The Honest Part

I'm a one-person operation. Orders are printed-on-demand in the US, which means a shirt takes 3–7 business days to make and another 3–5 to reach you. If something arrives wrong or defective, I'll make it right. I won't take exchanges on the right shirt in the wrong size — that's why the size guide is on every product page; please use it.

If you've ever thought "I shouldn't still be doing this at my age" and then done it anyway, you're who I built this for.
