How Long Does It Take?

We'd rather tell you upfront than have you wonder. Still Standing Co. is print-on-demand — your shirt is made when you order it. Here's what that looks like in real time:

• Production time: 3–7 business days at the printer
• Shipping time: 3–5 business days via standard US shipping
• Total delivery window: 6–12 business days from your order date

That's not Amazon Prime. But it's a shirt printed specifically for you, not pulled off a shelf of 500 identical ones. We think that's a fair trade.

Where Do We Ship?

United States only, for now. International is on the roadmap — but not until we can do it without the shipping cost eating your entire order.

Returns & Exchanges

Here's the honest version: because every order is custom-printed on demand, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size issues or changed minds. Once it's made, it's yours.

That said — if your order arrives defective (bad print, wrong item, damage in transit), we will make it right. 100%. Contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. No hoops. No waiting three weeks to hear back.

This is exactly why we put a Size Guide on the site. Comfort Colors 1717 runs about a half to a full size larger than most other blanks. Spending 60 seconds there before you order is worth it.

Email us at hello@stillstandingco.com with your order number and a description of what went wrong. We reply within 1–2 business days. Usually faster. We won't make you fill out a ticket or navigate a support portal.
